We safely and securely accept all major forms of payment. I am happy to offer you these options: pay by cash, cheque/ check, money/ bank transfer, credit card- VISA, MasterCard or by Laser.

For customers who prefer to make payment by cheque [check] or cash (sent at the customer’s own risk- in EURO only), the item will be dispatched as soon as the payment has cleared (this may take 5-7 days).

Please feel free to call for any special requests or inquiries, such as custom orders, deadlines, and specific delivery information. Shipping

I package your jewellery with the utmost of care, to ensure your jewellery is not damaged during transit. All orders are carefully gift wrapped as standard.

You will be notified by email when your package has been dispatched.

We can ship worldwide and are happy to do so. We offer flat-rate pricing on shipping and handling for any item within Ireland for 5 euro, and to anywhere worldwide for 8 euro each order. Please note, the order must be paid for all in one transaction in order to avail of combined shipping if you purchase more than one item. All items will be shipped by An Post Registered Post.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over 250.00 EURO.

Returns

We are here to help and to make the buying of one of a kind art pieces a fun and simple procedure. I understand how difficult it can be to buy from the internet, and your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (for whatever reason)- YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEM/S WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT for a refund or exchange. Please note that I do not refund postage charges.

As I’m sure you can understand, bespoke pieces/ items made to order cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty, as these pieces are made to the customer’s own specifications and may not be suitable for resale on the website.

In the unlikely event of a breakage due to my workmanship, you can exchange the item within 30 days of purchase, or I will repair your item free of charge within six months of receipt. After 6 months, a small fee will be charged for the repair. If a piece of jewellery is damaged, not due to my workmanship (through misuse, accident, or neglect) a small fee will be charged to cover the cost of the materials and time spent on the repair. Please contact me beforehand to let me know what’s wrong with the item and for a quote.

For your refund to be processed as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:

- Before returning the item of jewellery, please notify me via the contact form or by email, explaining the fault.
- Please return the original packaging (box/pouch).
- When packaging the item, please make sure you do so with care, in a box or wrapped well in bubble film, as no refunds can be issued for items damaged in transit.
- I will notify you when I have received the item and have processed the refund. Please note that all refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment.
